Expense Claim - Description Builder - Delete unwanted 'standard descriptions'

A lot of the standard descriptions in the Description Builder are not used by us. Is it possible to define our own or at least delete the ones that aren't relevant?

Also there is a speeling mistake on Mileage, it has been spelt 'Milage', can this be corrected
