Overview

There are multiple ways to create an invoice within Zahara: 

  • + > New Invoice – simply add an invoice from the + menu.
  • Documents > Invoices – click the New invoice button.
  • Invoice Inbox – process invoices emailed to Zahara.
  • Documents > Purchase Orders  > Batch Invoice – Record an invoice against a single, or multiple orders.
  • Third-party OCR Software – ABBYY Flexcapture & SmartSoft Invoices – we have plugins for these applications.
