Why Can’t I login ?
Most login issues will be permission related. Your tenancy admin has created your username and account and you have had a password reset link. However, she needs to add you to a Division or a number of Divisions inside the Business Unit.
If you have reset your username and password but still can’t login, please get your admin to check the permissions.
Other issues will be
1. You are trying to login using a username (email address) that has previously been deleted.
2. You created a trial with the same username (email address) that your tenancy admin has now used for your live account
