Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within your Zahara account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing date. Your data is always preserved.
A user is anyone with a Zahara login — whether they create purchase orders, approve invoices, or manage settings. Read-only approvers and administrators both count towards your user limit.
You won't be cut off. Zahara will alert you when you approach your limit. You can add volume top-ups via an add-on, or upgrade your plan — whichever works best for your team.

Read & Ready is Zahara's AI-powered invoice scanning tool. It reads your supplier invoices, extracts the key data (supplier name, amount, PO reference, line items), and routes them into your approval workflow automatically — eliminating manual data entry.
The onboarding package includes personalised setup sessions with a Zahara specialist who configures your approval workflows, accounting integrations, and supplier data. It's a one-off fee quoted separately — ask us during your discovery call.
