Project Co Ordinator

This is a full-time role, well suited to someone recently graduated from University. We particularly like people with hospitality experience. Having an interest in software and technology is preferable. Above all, we are looking for an enthusiastic, bright, confident people-person. Full training provided

We are looking for someone to join the Projects Team to assist with software implementation, setup and training for new and existing customers. Each customer is different and the key to a successful implementation is understanding each customer’s requirements.

You will be working with organisations of different sizes and liaising with people at all levels. Each new customer will require either implementation and training and you will be an important part of the team that delivers these services, you will often be the first point of contact a new customer has with Zahara. Having a passion for software and confidence to guide customers through the software will really help in this role.

The Project Manager will scope out the projects initially but you will be managing your own workload within each project to ensure you can meet the ever changing needs of the customer and help the implementation and training complete on time.

You will also assist the customer Success Manager with any training needs for existing customers on an ad hoc basis.

Support Team

Whether you are fresh out of Uni, looking for an apprenticeship or have several years worth of experience in a support or customer services role, we would like to hear from you. The support team at Zahara is the starting point in the business. After graduating and making your mark, you may want to go into Development. You may be perfect for the project team or the sales team. Learning how to support the global Zahara customer base is an essential role though. You will be assigned support tickets and will be expected to research the solution promptly. This may involve replicating scenarios in the software, or liaising with the development team.

For someone with the right approach, a great attitude and a desire to progress in a fast growing business, a role will be made available with a salary range of £22,000 – £28,000. We provide 23 days holidays a year, plus your birthday and work from a fun central Bath office with pubs and cafes right outside. Internal Sales / SDR

We are looking for a new recruits to join the sales team. Click here to view the job description. Idealy we want someone who can work from our Bath office but we will consider anyone with the right attitude and approach to account based lead generation.

 

Senior developer

Although our development teams are off-shore, we are looking to bolster the UK development team and recruit an experieced full-stack developer to work on special projects.
