Zahara is a scale-up software company based in the centre of Bath. Our SAAS application is used around the world and our support team is UK based. We are looking for someone who gets software. Someone who knows their stuff but is also happy to talk to customers and solve their problems. This role is first-line support which is all about providing help where you can and escalating to more experienced colleagues when you don’t know the answer. It takes a week to learn our software but then you can get straight into problem solving and helping customers. We are looking for someone with:
* Great communication skills – techie yes, but talkative and confident.
* Bachelors’ Degree – perhaps you are just finishing your course.
* Natural ability with understanding software
* Curious nature to understand the know-why as well as know-how
* Wants to progress in IT – perhaps development or design.
Having a can do attitude is important to us. Someone who wants to help and wants to problem solve. Someone looking for a career rather than to clock watch. Someone who never says “Thats not my job” but says “sure, let me take a look.” If that’s you, please get in touch.
Our office is right in the middle of Bath so we want someone who is looking to work from an office and to socialise with the team. Bath’s a great place to live and work. It’s a UNESCO world heritage city now famous as a filming location for Bridgerton.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
