The support team at Zahara is the starting point in the business. After graduating and making your mark, you may want to go into Development. You may be perfect for the project team or the sales team. Learning how to support the global Zahara customer base is an essential role though. You will be assigned support tickets and will be expected to research the solution promptly. This may involve replicating scenarios in the software, or liaising with the development team.
For someone with the right approach, a great attitude and a desire to progress in a fast growing business, a role will be made available with a salary range of £22,000 – £28,000. We provide 23 days holidays a year, plus your birthday and work from a fun central Bath office with pubs and cafes right outside.
