Customer Setup & Training

We are recruiting for someone to work in our customer success team, responsible for setting up and training new customers. The key attributes we are looking for are:

  • Confident communicator – can communicate with people at all levels and command a Zoom call
  • Finance team experience – may have worked in accounts payable or in a finance team
  • Gets software – loves working with software and how to improve every-day processes
  • Well organised – Can juggle multiple tasks at once and be efficient with their time
  • Team Player – Can work well in a small team, collaborating & assisting colleagues

This is a full-time role, based at our Bath Office with a target salary of £25,000 – £30,000 based on experience.
